So what is this, anyways?

Welcome to ITERATIONS, a world where, given enough time and space, anything is possible.

It's a way for us to write a variety of stories that occur nominally in the same space while allowing them to have vast differences. Some worlds have magic, some don't; some have flexible rules that can be easily altered, while others have physics that are set in stone; some have a wide variety of species, while others have none.

Maybe they're all completely disparate. Maybe nothing is connected, and the similarities that exist are merely random chance. Or maybe, just maybe, there's something tying them together.

Not that that matters too much. There's bread to bake, letters to write, and people to love.

This part of the site is largely inspired by Numbers Story in design. Numbers Story is the headworld of Marvin, that website's webmaster. It's a collection of stories about love, cruelty, hope, kindness, and horses, among other things, and the website itself is beautiful.
